How do credits work?
Every agent run costs credits based on the work: model tokens, tools used, and whether voice is involved. Paid plans include a weekly credit allowance, and every agent's spend is visible on its live cost card while it works.
How does billing work for teams?
Plans are priced per seat, and credits are pooled at the organization level - everyone draws from one shared pool. Admins can set per-agent limits to keep spend predictable, and parallel agent sessions scale with your plan.
What happens when we run out of credits?
Agents pause instead of overspending - a hard stop, not a warning. A human can top up credits or raise the allowance, and the agent resumes.
Do credits roll over?
Weekly credits reset at the start of each week. Extra credit top-ups are available on paid plans, and Scale and Enterprise plans can include rollover.
